We are off to Auburn this weekend. The plan is to tailgate but nothing has been finalized yet. Despite multiple Auburn contacts providing feedback, locking down the best way to fly the So Many Stadiums flag has been a bit of a challenge. Thankfully, lodging, attendees and tickets are all squared away. If you have any advice or suggestions on the best tailgating spot drop me a line via email or through messenger.
In any case, I am confident that the weekend will be successful. My Auburn friends ensure me that will be the case.

Observations from last week:
The week that looked tepid on paper turned out to be good viewing from my man cave.
- Of course, I skipped the Cal – Va Tech game and it turned out to be a 2OT barn burner. I felt a tinge of regret from my couch watching the Hokies win, but recovered by the time I was under the covers of my own bed.
- Vandy is for real and Indiana is unreal. Hoosiers should roll into the Big 10 Championship undefeated given their remaining opponents.
- What should have been – South Carolina and Mississippi State snatch defeat from victory against Alabama and Texas respectively. Those are the games that give the fan base sleepless nights.
- Pitt’s not getting any love in the polls, but their offense is lights out. After Stanford, they have a gauntlet to run to end their season: Notre Dame, Georgia Tech and Miami. The pollsters won’t be able to ignore the Panthers if they run the table on three top twenty-five teams.
The Picks

Last Week’s Picks
Another 2 – 2 week which I will take because at one point it looked like 0-4.
- Virginia was lucky to win at UNC. You won’t see me praise him often, but full credit to Belichick for going for two in OT to end it.
- No more betting on any team from Kansas. Apparently I have learned nothing from watching those teams live, especially after Kansas State ran all over Kansas.
- Tennessee was the pick I was most confident about. Volunteers had no problem with the Wildcats.
- BYU was a shaky pick. It looked like a loss for most of the first half. However, once the Cougars starting cooking, they never looked back.
