Whew. Another college season in the books. I will be working on finishing up on reviews from this year’s run, putting together the year end summary and the bowl preview.
It didn’t feel this way when I was watching some of these teams, but 11 of the teams I saw are in bowls this year. I don’t think it is so much a comment on the quality of the games I saw but rather an indication of how easy it is to make a bowl.
Lastly some brief comments on the committee’s selection.
- No problem with Ohio State making the jump.
- The Big 12 brought it on themselves by not declaring a champion.
- There’s no way TCU should have been ranked ahead Baylor.
- Make it an 8 team field already.
